5. Account Registration & Security

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

For disputes with an Operator (rather than with 999ad), you should refer to the Operator's own dispute resolution procedure and applicable regulatory body. 999ad is not a party to User–Operator disputes and bears no liability for their outcomes.
